In cases of removal of obstacles to communication with a child, when one parent is limited in direct contact by the behavior of the other with whom the child lives, only with rare exceptions are disputes between the parents resolved in one way or another, and the child restores contact with both parents. The number of such court cases currently reaches several thousand.
The state should take care of ensuring the interests of children, but instead it shows a generalized and formal approach to resolving such disputes. State bodies involved in helping parents resolve these problems almost always show their incompetence, often withdraw from participation and side with the parent with whom the child lives, neglecting the rights of the child himself.
